VoMIII
From July 14-18 of 2014, the Food Microbiology group was hosting the Viruses of Microbes III EMBO conference at ETH Zurich. With 350 participants from 41 countries, the conference was a great success. 60 oral presentations were given and 240 scientific posters were presented during the five days of the conference.
The overall feedback from the participants was very positive, 98% of the participants felt that the location was satisfactory and 78% felt that the meeting lived up to the expectations. The meeting program was rated good-to-excellent by 95% of participants and 92% felt that the number of participants was just right.
