The Group

The food microbiology group with Professor Martin Loessner belongs to the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health (IFNH) and the Department Health Sciences and Technology (D-HEST) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.

In 2023 Assistant Professor Alexander Harms joined us with his molecular phage biology group.
