The Group

The group Food Microbiology with its head Professor Martin Loessner belongs to the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health (IFNH) of the Department Health Sciences and Technology (D-HEST) of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.

Our labs and offices are situated in ETH center, at Schmelzbergstrasse 7 in Zurich.
